End and beginning - On 8 May 2025, 80 years will have passed since the end of the Second World War in Europe. When the guns finally fell silent, more than 60 million victims were mourned. To commemorate this day and its significance for Franco-German friendship and a united Europe, the team in charge of the Tarnbunker will open the Tarnbunker Neumühl communication and information centre on 8 May 2025 under the motto "War belongs in a museum".
