La Ciudadela de Alessandria, s\u00edmbolo de cultura, memoria y defensa, es tambi\u00e9n un s\u00edmbolo de la planificaci\u00f3n de proyectos europeos: es la sede del proyecto \u201eComunit\u00e0 Patrimoniale Faro\u201d del Consejo de Europa, cuyo objetivo es desarrollar nuevos modelos de gesti\u00f3n conjunta, sostenible e innovadora del patrimonio cultural. El valor de la Ciudadela reside en su car\u00e1cter interdisciplinar: es una \u201eantolog\u00eda de tipos de defensa\u201d (empezando por el sistema de S\u00e9bastien de Vauban, ingeniero militar del
